About the Role

A leading Medical Distributor requires a Warehouse Operator to join their Dublin team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of medical products, maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and organisation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders in line with company procedures
  • Receive, check, and store incoming goods
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, in a safe and compliant manner
  • Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory control
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time
  • Adhere to health & safety policies and procedures at all times



Requirements

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations (essential)
  • Valid reach/counterbalance licence (required)
  • Manual handling certificate (required)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Good level of physical fitness, with the ability to handle manual tasks
  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare/Dental consumables sector is preferred
