A Warehouse Manager Role with excellent Warehouse management experience gained within the pharmaceutical sector is required to join a leading global biopharmaceutical business in Dublin. This is a permanent position and on a – 16/5 Shift. You would be required to be on site 7am – 3pm and 2.30pm to 10.30pm shifts Mon-Fri. This is a People Manager role and is required to take the lead for the running of the warehouse + dispensary operations on shift.

The Role:

  • Manages the Warehouse / Dispensary team and is accountable for performance
  • Provides day to day oversight of tasks in the Warehouse / Dispensary.
  • Plans, organizes and communicates the daily/weekly work schedule for personnel in the area.
  • Develops appropriate training plans for assigned teams in conjunction with input from area SME Sr Associate.
  • Acts as Point Person with other site functions to ensure that the daily/weekly work schedule for personnel in the area is planned, organized and communicated.
  • Monitor incoming deliveries to ensure prompt receipt of raw materials.
  • Meet production and shipping schedules.
  • Ensures distribution activities are performed to meet customer requirements
  • Deviation, CAPA & Change Control – take ownership for any minor deviations, CAPA’s or Change
The Person:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and/or years of experience.
  • Warehouse Team Management experience gained within the Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical sector
  • Typically 2-5 years of experience in a cGMP environment.
  • With typically 5+ years’ experience supervising staff.
  • Knowledge of cGMP and other regulatory requirements are required.
