A young and rapidly growing life science business is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to lead it’s Supply Chain Function. The Supply Chain Associate will be based on site in Dublin to help build an Irish brand that is truly global. Working closely with the CSO & supply chain team, the primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the logistics process to ensure products are shipped at the highest standard possible to cancer researchers globally.



The Role

  • Management of the Goods In/Out (GI/GO) team
  • Daily order processing & management
  • Processing shipping of goods
  • Tracking of imports/exports
  • Ensure accounting systems are up to date
  • Deal with customs clearance to ensure the timely delivery of products
  • Manage packaging processes and ensure levels are kept up to date
  • Manage the orders process system


The Person
  • 2 years+ experience in a supply chain or logistics role
  • Degree qualified, ideally in Supply Chain/Logistics
  • Solid knowledge and experience of Customs clearance, shipping, imports and exports
  • Excellent Communication skills and fluency in English is essential
  • Goal–oriented, is committed and has a strong desire for success
