A French Speaking O2C Supply Chain Analyst is required to join a leading Pharmaceutical Organisation in Cork on a 12 month contract. The primary role of the O2C Supply Chain Management Analyst is to support the management and control of all inventory and replenishment activities to ensure supply to distributers and our patients is maintained at the highest level

The Role;

  • Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Supply Chain queries
  • Effectively manage all interfaces to ensure interfaces have processed correctly and orders have fully migrated to SAP
  • Control inventory movements and reconcile SAP inventory levels with inventory levels
  • Manage all replenishment activities including Purchase order requests and communication
  • with all stakeholders
  • Effectively resolve all Tier 2 inventory disputes
  • Review key metrics & communicate to stakeholders to ensure KPIs are being met
  • Support global/regional O2C projects with influence on accurate, efficient & compliant inventory movements

The Person

  • Full fluency in both English and French is essential for this role
  • Degree Qualified
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an O2C function with knowledge of supply chain management and customer service experience and experience in identifying and delivering process change
  • Ability to handle complexity and utilize analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to proactively & effectively analyse & resolve problems
  • Ability to work in global team environment and communicate effectively with both internal business partners of all levels & disciplines
