SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Multinational Pharma Company in Dublin requires a Senior Supply Chain Planner on a permanent basis to work within their Logistics Department.

Role/Responsibilities:
• To ensure the execution of customer orders and semi-finished product across all SKUs.
• To complete production scheduling for an internal manufacturing site using SAP.
• The lead meetings of senior staff cross functionally.
• To manage and integrate forecast volumes.
• To assist and support new product implementation.
• To develop and maintain business processes as required.
• Ensuring best practise at all times and also to streamline planning processes to enhance current processes and lead time.
• To measure, develop and report KPI’s as required.
• Holistic supply chain experience (customer and volume management, production scheduling, CRP).To maintain your place of work in a clean and tidy state at all times in compliance with 5S standards.
• To participate in all training and assessment activities. To participate in all SOP training and assessment related to your job.
• To attend all training courses and seminars (internal and external) as required.
• In conjunction with the QA manager or designee to ensure all training and assessment is recorded and signed on your individual Training Record.
• To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and any relevant company or environmental legislation is adhered to.

Skills/Experience:
• Diploma or degree in relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong previous experience in computer based MPS and MRP (SAP).
• Experience in working in pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation.
• Strong Excel & IT skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with a collaborative approach to work.
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning & Control systems.
