A global pharmaceutical business is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to join their business in Dublin on a one-year Fixed Term Contract. The focus of the role will be to work on the introduction of new artwork for new & existing products & presentations. With excellent organisational skills you will organise the preparation, amendment, and proof checking of artwork for packaging components in accordance with SOPs & in liaison with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the artwork studio supplier to prepare new artworks or artwork changes so they can be reviewed and approved.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure artwork is suitable for equipment & ensure it meets the necessary specs to be run effectively on the production lines in order to have as much as standardization in the packaging area.
  • Drive artwork change introduction to minimize the impact of rejection of old packaging. Work with the procurement team to minimize the impact of rejection. In case of surplus packaging, to address the issue to the customer for reimbursement & to coordinate the internal processes to dispose of obsolete packaging.
  • Prepare business analysis reports to support the team using SAP & Excel.
  • Ensure business reports are created on time and in line with KPIs & deadlines.

Skills, Experience and Education

  • The successful candidate will hold a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline and will have 3 years experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Adobe Illustrator experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel.
  • SAP – experience in Master Data / ECM modules.
  • Experience in creating reports / analyzing data.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
