A World leading Management Consultancy firm is seeking an expert in Supply Chain & Operations with extensive Life Science industry experience to be based in Dublin or Cork in Ireland. Our client’s Life Science Advisory team works with leading Global Life Science companies in areas from Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and Manufacturing. Every day, their teams work with clients to make a real difference to them and to the patients receiving their medications. They work with leading technology providers to integrate the most innovative technologies into Life Science processes, so that the right medicine can be given to the right patient, at the right time – and at the right cost.

The Role

  • Delivery of projects (supply chain transformation, analytics, IoT, etc) in clients’ supply chain organisations in Ireland and potentially in other countries
  • Business development activities – building our clients’ brand locally in Ireland with the Life Science/MedTech community
  • Development of Thought Leadership material

The Person



  • 5-7 years’ experience in a Pharma/Life Science manufacturing or supply chain role
  • Good understanding of Life Science sector trends and how they are impacting the operating models today
  • Demonstrated track record of forming and leading teams
  • Track record of project delivery in international environments
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Strong knowledge of global regulations – GxP, Computer Systems Validation in manufacturing
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Scientific or engineering qualification
  • Flexibility to work internationally when required
  • Consulting experience in addition to the technical skills outlined above is preferred
