Our head office is on Fitzwilliam Square Dublin 2 but due to expansion and the opening of our new office in Cork in late 2017 we currently have positions available for Consultants to join our busy office in Cork.

Warm Desk with LIVE positions

Theconsultantwill be the intermediary betweenthe client and the candidate. The roleis broadly to: identify and develop client business requirements in a competitive environment/industry. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your client'srecruitmentneeds and requirements. Using job posting websites, use of social media, marketing, cold calling, referrals.

You'll need:

• excellent communication and customer service skills.
• good sales and negotiation skills.
• the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• good organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

• End to end management of recruitment process
• Advising all levels of candidates / clients and working all sectors & verticals
• Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management)
• Candidate screening & support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation)
• Relationship & account management (process management, consultation, negotiation)
• Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions

Requirements:
