Business Process Senior Analyst

A Senior Analyst / Manager – BPKC – Order to Cash with strong SAP and Order Management skills is required to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in Cork with Hybrid working. The mission of this role is to provide technical and business process expertise to the global Order to Cash process. You will be responsible for providing business process and SAP training, consulting, high-level problem resolution, process improvements, innovation, project implementations, and tool and process governance in an effort to leverage the use of SAP and global tools such as Winshuttle, Process mining or AFI, to make the Order to Cash business processes more innovative, productive, and control-minded.

While this position will perform no IT technical configuration or SAP programming work, configuration knowledge and SAP implementation experience is strongly desirable.

The Role

• Participate in cross-functional projects or large projects within Order to Cash
• Lead small and medium projects within Order to Cash, utilizing project management techniques as appropriate
• Support Design and development of business process and technical solutions to the global SAP environment in partnership with information technology and business users
• Build relationships with business partners and end-users to grow business process knowledge
• Provide initial consulting and problem resolution to end-users related to Order to Cash questions and issues
• Resolve business and technical issues impacting global and local processes
• Provide Order to Cash business process and SAP training and formal knowledge transfer around key integration points and cross-functional implications of processes.

• An undergraduate degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience in Order Management and/or Supply Chain department with customer facing responsibilities
• A minimum of 2 years multi-national industry experience with business process knowledge and experiences in Finance, Order to Cash or Order Management process
• Strong SAP skills (S/4 HANA is preferred but not essential)
• Effective project management skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and implement mitigating steps to keep projects on schedule to meet deadlines
